"Renovators of a rare commercial building on York Street are among the winners of this year’s local Heritage Awards.

Design House London, at 186 York St., helped announce this year’s awards, handed out annually by the Heritage London Foundation and the London Branch of the Architectural Conservancy of Ontario.

The decor and design company opened last September after a year-long renovation of the Granger-McMahen building, one of only two glazed terracotta buildings left standing in the city (the other is the McCormick factory on Dundas Street)."
